  • California AB 1076 February 14, 2024 deadline
  • California Court of Appeal has reinstated the California Privacy Protection Agency’s ability to enforce previously stayed California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regulations set to take effect on March 29, 2024
  • US DOL’s Final Rule for determining who is an independent contractor under Federal Law goes into effect on March 11, 2024
